That 50trim is argueably the best turbo for a street driven SRT...

and if its a DBB 50trim, all the better....

The newest SRT-4's come with Stage 1 ( I think ). That might make it kinda close.

No SRT-4's ever came with stage 1, unless you have the dealer install it for an extra price.

The 2004 and 2005 SRT-4's came with bigger injectors stock than the 2003 model. If you look up stage 1 for the SRT-4 it will have a note that the 2003 model gets injectors and an ECU tune, while the 2004 and up get just an ECU tune. 2003's list 215 HP stock, 2004 2005 list 230 HP stock. The stage 1 for the 2003 nets another 25 HP or so and the 2004 2005 stage 1 nets anothe 10 HP. Making them the same.....F.Y.I

I really thought about an SRT-4. I still do and if I could wing it I'd buy one used that hasn't been modded at all and have some fun with it as well......For now I LOVE my Cobalt.

This is true. I know a guy who "had" a SRT-4. From the dealer it was flashed and that was it. But a tree and guard rail took care of it.

$hitty driver=total loss

nothing wrong with being on the high horse every once in awhile...lol....but seriously...last time I'm drove my friends srt....he has plenty of wheel hop.....same with my bro's chipped 1.8t...in fact it drives just like the srt4...first gear...wheel hop...2nd gear...torque steer...third gear torque steer.....thats what u get when drive front wheel drive

if everybody hates wheel hop so much why don't they just cure it with a tarque damper? set one to 12mm on an ss s/c and torque steer is almost completely eliminated.
