ok so i went down to dpa last night and on the way out i race an rsx type s i believe and i think it was modded we went from a 20 roll he beebed off the race so he got a small jump my nose was at his rear tire and it stayed that way till 110 when we shut down. all i have is an intake and i had 2 passengers he had one passenger. it was a close race and i was just starting to pull when we shut down but ill give the win to him. not sure of his mods what do they need to run with a ss/sc.
then back closer to my house i lined up with my buddies tiburon gt w/ borla exhaust, can AEM CAI. we went from a dig twice ist time i spun threw 1st when i caught 2nd i was 4 cars back we quit at 60 with me 3 cars back. we went again from a dig with the same result only this time i bogged 1st and lost by 2 1/2 cars to 60. we went one more time from a 20 roll, and i finally racked up a win for the balt lol i pulled 1 car threw the top of 1st then 2 more threw 2nd and about another half car at 110. was very impressed with the tiburon i didnt think simple bolt ons would wake it up so much, either that or my car is really slow. and i also had 2 passengers and he had 1.

I have a 2.4 SS sedan and I don't even bother to race Tibs cause I know its an easy kill. They have less HP then my 2.4 and thier car weighs more! So he should have murdered him in an SS/SC.

its not my driveing my car is just slow i have the opposite of a factory freak lol
the rsx was modded pretty good and i thought they could run pretty close to us all stock.
and i lost to the tib bc i couldnt launch it was my 1st race from a dig in a while from a roll i took him pretty easy.
i dont kno what happend maybe i was just haveing an off night. bc all of the other ss/sc iv raced iv beaten or lost to by about a car so idk i was just posting up some losses bc most guys dont

modded RSX -s isnt a bad loss....but a tibby with boltons?

I lost to a bone stock RSX type S from a dig and from a 40 roll. And I have stage 2 + full exhaust......

but then again i also lost to a stock ss/sc from a roll

Get your car on a dyno, thats what im gonna do. A dyno tuning session should reveal all.

 

lol yea i guess your right i did contradict my self im just trying to say that im not a horrible driver. also my car totally dies with more then just me in it i kno for a fact i would have pulled on the rsx if i didnt have ppl with me. and for my buddys tibby its def a factory freak its boat loads faster then any other tibby i face bolt ons or not

Now compared to the one in the issue of Modified Mag with 320 N/A whp...that's a no.

Go practice your driving for a couple dozen hours before you lose to a Civic...

 

how about you come out here and ill rip your 2.2 balt a new one. the v6 tiburon is a mid 15 second car theres no way your touching that. so dont say you walk all over tibbys you ***. better yet ill drive out to you


and to the rest of you whats so bad about loseing to a modded car. the rsx i race was loud as **** so much that it drowned out the sound of my SC. it had a good deal of work done to it.

this forum is getting really gay as of late. i try to post up a few races to cars i maybe shouldnt have lost to and im getting flamed for it. no wonder no posts up losses bc they all got stupid remarks "uhhh you got the right gas in there" ****** retarded

wow, i didnt mean to hurt you're feelings i was just checking about the octane b/c i couldnt understand why an ss/sc would lose to a tiburon. i'm sorry. my car ran like a dog when the dealer had lower octane in when i picked up my car.

 

I pissed in his wheaties this morning thats why he is upset.
