SS/SC vs SRT-4 and Ion Rl

Well my fiance was tired and gonna go to bed early so I decided to go out for a late night cruise. On my way to meet up with a couple buddies I see a blue Ion pull onto the street ahead of me. It had a small wing so I didnt think anything of it at first, get a bit closer and I notice the shiny 17s. The light up ahead turns red and we're the only ones on this side of the road. Stop at the light and its a chick driving with her bf in the passenger seat so I assume shes not gonna race...then she revs at me. She starts creepin up and when the light turns green shes about 1/2 car ahead. I launch from about 2.5k with minimal tire slip and immediatly pull on her putting about 1/2 car on her by the end of first. Shift quick to 2nd and shes about 1/2 car behind my bumper and it stays that way till we shut down around 80. Give her thumbs up and move on.

Now Im getting close to the spot and low and behold an SRT-4 . Guy is ahead of me at the light and he floors it on green so I chase. He slows down and pulls into the next lane going about 40-45. I pull even and match speed dropping into second. Go on 3 honks and all the way to about 100 we were dead even :. He pulls over at the spot we're all the racers/ricers/rednecks meet and I follow. We talk for a bit and I tell him I'm stock and he has just MoparExhaust and BoV. Trade compliments and agree to a heads up dig down the back road everyone races on. Light goes green and Im caught totally off guard (damn green arrow usually goes on before green light but this time they went on at the same time) so I didnt get a strong launch, but I think he was too since we were even by the end of first. Into 2nd and I find myself at his back bumper . I inch up on him when he shifts to 3rd (do we have longer gears?), but after I shift he pulls back to his 1 car lead and it stays that way to 100. Glad I got to race a stock SRT fianally from a roll and dig to see where we stand. Cant wait for my GM Stage 2

You'll need to be going exactly 88 mph, and have 1.21 jigawatts of electricity.

I just remember it from MOS school. The instructor just kept randomly saying that during class each and it stuck in my brain for just such an occasion..

Like if you go on Jeopardy...

A: This happens while traveling in a Delorean at 88mph with a RC antenna that touches a wire that was just struck by a 1.21jigawatt bolt of lighting.

Q: What is time travel?

I don't think u will actually pull on an SRT-4. The Mopar Exhaust does A LOT for their cars! It's a Borla Exhaust with Mopars name. Just like our GMPP Exhaust. The Mopar cat-back eliminates all the twists and turns on the stock exhaust and free's up about 20hp. No lie! I raced one and I put about a car on it but my friend who has Stage 2 w/ turbotoys and ACR Pkg still puts about 1.5 cars on me. He was beating me by more before I put the Corsa and 2.8" pulley on but since then i've made it a little more competitive

The cat-back really shines with S2 but I don't think 20hp on a stock SRT4.

Maybe not even, the job might get done with an AGP WGA . JUst messing good kills though. I wouldn't be worried about stage kits, I want to learn more about the rev limiter delete, the HP tuners thing lol.

I think an AGP WGA, FPR MOD, Map Clamp and of course a Needswings DP w/o Cat should make short work of most. I guess you might need the tip mod as well with stage 0
