and for boost, its not how much you can pull, but if you can get the air fuel right you can make alot of power off 8psi, there is a forum with it on here that a guy actually explained it really well. i know a integra with 5 psi that it 260 to the wheels. and he only plans on running 8 psi. all it is with boost it a big math problem and getting air fuel ratio perfect.

lol ya and LSJ's have been around longer and have more aftermarket.. this is a useless argument.. yes some people think the TC can't be beat by an SC and some SC owners think the TC is overrated. Either way the fact remains they both have unlimited potential with the right amount of money but pound for pound the TC is faster sorry. Not butthurt or claiming to be better... just stating a fact. Congrats on the win OP!!! but the thread should have been called TC driver disgrace to avoid this argument but im sure you original intention was just to get people to look at the thread because it said TC in the subject. That being said i would have no problem writing Corvette disgrace if i beat one in a race since it's supposed to be the superior car and the owner was bragging as such.
My point was that there is an unfounded LNF superiority complex starting up here. I'm not seeing it. It's not like we're comparing a Ferrari to a Yugo. They both perform fairly similarly and seem to be tapped out when adding bolt-ons. TVS and bigger turbos are irrelevant to me in this argument.

I really can't see why this turned into a huge debate . The SS/TC driver got what he deserved. Who cares if he can get a tune ..... he doesn't have one but automatically assumed he would beat this LSJ. Sounds like 50% of TC owners on this site who see the SS/SC as inferior .... I hope more get schooled.

i agree but what im saying is if the TC was still being produced and had more time for the aftermarket to produce more for it, it probably wouldn't be long before TC's would increase the gap between LSJ and LNF ET's and trap speeds on that list. So using that list to compare the differences is kind of irrelevant.
BTW your SIG is so true .... my wife thinks I have a girlfriend cause of all the time i spend on this site. lol

Good kill OP. Just my .02 cents. Why can't we just stop arguing over which car is better both of them are very good cars (and me being a LT owner trust me i would love to have either one of them). Because theres always a car out there thats faster than yours. So that being said we should stick together and not bash one another and beat all of the little ricers that are so "fast". 
This all started because someone said to go Turbo over a TVS build. Some ignorant bandwagoner(90% of CSS.net) came in claiming powerband. I merely pointed out the flaws in that arguement and it took off.
You claimed that the TC guys came in here to defend the TC. Some did but some SC guys agreed it would **** all over the sc with a custom tune.
You talked about ricer math, yet were the one doing the "well i can buy a used LSJ for 10k and mod it for less while a LNF costs 20k".... blah blah blah blah. You see what you did there? Would be like me claiming my Z28 was faster than a ZO6 cause i put spray on it and it came out cheaper than a Z06.
You really should step back from the keyboard and take a good perspective at what you post, cause your fanboiness really gets in the way of you logic.

Both are one of the best bang for your $ that you can get if you're not going to buy a honda (or other brand) shell and swap motors and boost, things like that.
Oh and 05Slowline... I wanna see this kill of you vs a supercharged + 150 shot camaro. Even if that car made 450whp only on boost a 150 shout would be like 250hp/310wtq on that boosted car.

How is that ricer math? That's just fact. If you sprayed your z28 and rolled on a z06 then yes your car would be faster for cheaper now wouldn't it?

I didnt say it would not be faster or cheaper. I said the point you were trying to make was irrelevant. The price of the car or mods doesnt matter was my point. But apparently you will blindly believe and spew any BS that you want no matter what is put in front of you, so be it.
