Stock Cobalt SS/TC Vs 300hp Genesis

Was cruising and followed a blue ms3 to bump into the Genesis, g35 and a MS3. Didnt have a good start with all 4 cause everyone just went but me and the ms3 were going at it pulled it 4th gear and then he let off. Raced the genesis and G35 next cant in this video cant see the g35 though but its safe to assume i pulled him pretty hard too. but was a fun run for a stock car vs a modded can't wait for more upgrades! Not sure whats all done to Genesis other then seeing the exhaust and from what my cousin told me he tuned it and got over 300hp. All i have is K&N SRI.

Get on GMS1 now.
You shouldnt have lost to any of those.

I take the r-spec and turbo genesis in my SS/SC by a fair ammount.
MS3's are generally slow as hell and I put cars on them.
G35's are pretty easy tho a properly done one stays with me, barely.

the MS3 was slow i was granny shifting afraid i might break my shift selector again lol but i beat him no sweat. G35 i pulled cars on his he was on the other side of the genesis in the video didnt see him at all lol. Ill get the Genesis with a little more mods and a tune for sure. i want to get GMS1 but...i think ill just wait till i get HP tuners or Trifecta. MPx exhaust next then CP and FMIC then tune or i might get a tune after exhaust not quite sure yet.

You should of beat the Genesis even stock. Also I never trust what anyone has to say about someone elses car, to damn many ricers doing ricer math. Go to any street tuner drag race and watch qualifing, everyone jumps in the 12-14.9 bracket, then 80% get bumped to the 14.9+ bracket because they ran 18-19 with their super fast ricer with at least 300whp

Get a down pipe and Trifecta tune from BNR. Best bang for your buck mods.

eh dont think i would beat the turbo genesis he was tuned and has bolt on's pushing 300hp dynoed confirmed. im just stock 240hp but it was a good race. As i jumped out and stuck with him till mid 3rd gear, I'd say if i have the same mods and a tune i would pull him pretty hard though. He's wanting to run again though

I literally put bus lengths on those cars in my tc. Constantly walked by me everytime. Then again, I'm tuned (conservative) and fully bolted.

You have the lighter car and with a DP and tune you'll be over 300 WHP on 93 and 350-360ish on E85 with torque numbers above those by about 50 each.

I've had stock till 12k->gms1 till 130k->trifecta till 160k. Big difference from stock levels and my only bolt on is a k&n sri (highly recommended insane sound difference over stock)
