Turbo Teg
Turbo Teg
On my way home from work today its about 85 to 90 outside. Kid in a late 80's 350 TPI powered camaro with open headers wanted to play. I just let him play and then juiced it a bit in 2nd and walked. He was impressed which is good to say bc he was probably no older than 17 and some kids cant handle that when theyre gf is in the car. Turbo integra rolls up. very clean looking no ricer body work or nothing, just shaved emblems. He could hang out in 1st gear and part of 2nd but after that the balt just walked away. I could tell however that I really need to get this CX H/E and dual pass installed bc my 2.79" pulley heats that blower up wayyyyy to fast in this weather I could feel the power droppin off dramatically. So next up is hopefully I'll get this H/E I ordered from CA almost a year ago tomorrow like CA said I would and can do my H/E, dual pass, option B and not have that problem anymore.
it hasnt been too hot, its mid july and yesterday was like 85 the hottest day this year. things been running good but I was pushing it hard for a fairly decent amount of time. I hardwired my fans to a switch which actually cools it down pretty quick, i almost never see coolant temps go above 185 degrees even sitting still. Would like to find a coolant temp gauge for the H/E coolant though.
