It doesn't really have anything to do with it. Except to point out that a 'roll-race' is not really a real competition. Who knows how much effort the other guy even put into it? A discussion on a subject like this is pretty much pointless. Unless you talked to the guy before/after and planned it. It's the same as me passing a lambo on the free-way and saying I blew his doors off. Did he even go full throttle? Did he even SEE me? LOL... If that's the case then I win about 150 races every day on the way to work.

Save the racing for the track. Street-racing is

Even the charger came with more hp in it's V6 engine, however, it is a fat pig weighing in at between 4000-5500 lbs.
The 2011 Ford V6 will have 300hp, weigh less and have a 'track-pack' available. It's actually going to be a great track-day car.

Bout as cool as my lil race today. Intercepter Z28 Camaro... Stage I. Did both a brake boost and regular 20-30 roll. All races ended up with me about 4 lengths ahead of him and still pulling. He was impressed. Both had a blast and didn't even have to pull out the tape measure.

That's cool about the '11 mustang. Although it makes me wonder what they are going to do to the GT version now since the V6 will be at or exceed it's power output.

No such thing as an Interceptor Camaro. Period.

LOL.. prove it! Have then in Colorado and Oklahoma. Used to have Vettes and Stangs here, but got rid of them long time ago. After an officer was involved in a high speed wreck a while back, the PD sold the Camaros to the City. The Fire Dept bought one of them. Now it is a commute vehicle for classes and for staff.

a police camaro is not an interceptor camaro. CHP uses a lot of camaros as their cars, but the difference is the crown victoria had a P71 Interceptor package for police use, hence the name Police Interceptor.

Interceptor is a Ford package. The "Police model" Camaros were RPO Code B4C, and sold to the public as well, V6 body, Z28/SS Drivetrain. No Interceptor Camaros ever.

I can't believe the salesman tried to sell me a V6 camaro. I'm glad I bought my SS/TC. I smoked a V6 when I was stock, well by atleast 4 lengths.
