I usually don't get too much hassle in the Balt...now the Gix...EVERYONE wants to race...and talk about old.

The best is the Sti's they get so disappointed when you walk away from em.

But back to the main point, yes...I will see something that triggers the 'OMG I MUST DESTROY THAT POS' and I'd be in someone else car.......................

Anyway, yeah, I see cars I wanna beat all the time when I am driving the family van - but I can still beat them cause nobody here knows how to drive on snow, lol.

 

X2, and it just got worse post after post.

 

Happens everytime I drive my gf's car. ****, last friday I went to put gas in it and had just left her house when I saw 2 SRT4's drive into the same gas station. Only things I get are people not wanting to race or rice for the most part when I'm out in the SS/SC..... Atleast I can still beat the rice in her auto 2.2

 

i have that problem all the time when i had my 88 maxima every punk with a fart can wanted to race, when i got the 300zx turbo i couldn't get any races. that sucked. well i did get a guy in a ferarri to race me it was the greatest smack down i've ever been involved in! those things friggin accelerate!!! and they sound funny too! that car had like 20 lengths on me before i was even hitting 3rd gear! awesome stuff! now with the balt everyone just stares at me. its almost annoying.

This is sooo true! I drive a '99 Ford Taurus to school every other day to keep the miles and wear and tear off my balt...and when I'm in the POS Ford, I always come across ricers and other cars that look like they'd race. Sometimes they'll even try racing the ol tortoise and I'm thinking....God I wish I had my car right now.

 

I always run into cars like that when im w/ the girlfriend. I dont race w/ her in the car cause I couldnt live with myself if we got into an accident and she got hurt.

I once ran into a STI w/ her and i couldnt resist and i punched it and it was a good race, naturally he beat me, but then she started to bitch and moan about me racing and i told her its a speciality car thing (STI & SS/SC's are 'rare' around here... i see more corvettes than ss/sc's) and she didnt seem to accept that excuse :/

But yeah, when i cruise by myself all i ever run into is ford focus's and honda civics lol. I like the Challenge of Z's , STI's and SRT-4's.

 

same here everytime in in the sunfire i get people trying to race or see a car i want to race. but everytime im in the G5 nothing

 

dammit i just had one of these experiences yesterday coming home from work....there was a nice wrx with exhaust intake and bov driving and he was trying to race me in my aveo....i raced him...and of course i got massacured. lol....but it was about that time i was wishing i had my damn ss s/c

 

you still would have lost if you had a stock ss s/c

 

but im not gonna be stock when i get mine lol im gonna get stage 2 right away

 

i cant find anyone here period. the only ones out racing are the 3000gts and 300zxs and things i know i cant beat unless its a 5 speed with a driver that has no left leg.. the only race I've ever found was a late 90s saturn sedan that had 4 different wheels and 3 different colors of paint..and that wasn't much of a race. sigh.
