245/40/18 tire pics please!

Please post pics if you are running 245/40/18's. The brand and model of the tire as well as your wheel offset would be helpful also. Let me know if you have any rubbing issues too. Thanks in advance!

235's shouldn't be a problem. What offset are your wheels? Are you lowered?

+40, they're EKM3s, and I already have a hole in my wheel well from intake/tire rubbing, that's where I worried about not upper rubbing, and I'm not lowered yet, but I want SSC springs, and now I'm confused, tire rack recommends 225/45s and I was gonna get 235/40s

Do NOT get 225/45/18's! You will have more rubbing issues with those than 235's, especially in the wheel well where you are already having issues! What intake do you have?

ZZP, I just need to go in and fix it a little, maybe a ziptie or two, no biggie just dreading that god damn fender liner removal and such haha, I knew it was rubbing a little, but it didn't sound like it was rubbing a hole haha

Leave the fender liner in. Just remove the headlight and headlight mounting bracket. You don't even have to jack the car up or take the wheel off! I used a piece of wire to lift my RAW intake up a bit. I've already ran 235/40/18's and +38 offset with no issues. +40 will be fine too.

Oh sweet, can I get the headlight out of the way without like fully unconnecting it electrically, just unbolting and pushing it aside? I don't trust myself haha

I'm confused. How do 255's not look like they bulge on 7.5" wide TC wheels? They must be pretty narrow compared to other 255's?

I only went through the one set before I sold the car so I couldn't compare to other brands. Nitto's I do know run narrow compared to others though.

Seriously? You guys pay less for all 4 tires mounted and balanced then I pay for just my 2 rear tires.

Don't complain about your tire prices, you have it great.
