What do you mean by adjust?

My coil over guide;

Install coilovers.

Leave car in the air, wheels off,

Bring the first lock ring up until it touches the spring, then give it a half turn to keep the spring from flopping about.

Take off the middle lock ring all together, then bring the bottom lock ring up to the one holding the spring.

Thread knuckle bracket all the way up until it cannot go further. Then adjust it so it bolts to the knuckle, and tighten down the bottom lock ring to keep that from moving.

Damping and ride height are personal preference.

Go low or go home

The solstice only sits about an inch higher than the cobalt did at its lowest. Don't worry, it'll get down when the time comes

Lower/heighten is what I meant. I haven't touched my coils ride height in two years.
I'll try this though.
