Dealer Adjusment

I'm getting some new rims. I have the LS Coupe, and I'm getting 17"x7.5" rims and I'm going to put 215/45 tires on them. What I'm wondering is will the dealer adjust the ECU so that my speedometer and odometer aren't off. I know that's going to be a problem, and I know it's going to be at least a little higher off the ground. Firestone has already told me that they can't adjust the computer, so I want to make sure someone can before I start the project.

odometer will be the same....

Lets say you have an 07 Cobalt LS and the stock size is 15" rims with 195/60/15 tires and you decide to go with +2 sizing which would be 17" rims with 215/45/17 tires. You are maintaining the same rolling radius of the 15" setup which doesnt effect anything with speed(+/- .04mph) and you odometer stays the same..... Your car does not raise up or lower what so ever....
