Got 18's on the 2.4SS
Hey everyone,
Sean(ninja44) and I split a set of wheels together, he got the stock rubber, I got the stock rims. The rims were off an SS/SC and were changed to silver. I bought 225/40/18 General Exclaim UHPs for the rubber. I chose the Generals for the price. Did some research on them and found that they were pretty decent. Here are the pics of them replacing my steelies. Enjoy.

Looks sick man. I have 18" Enkei WDMs on my car, but b/c they have a lip, they just don't look as big as I wish they did. I'm either gonna get some 18" SS/SC wheels, or get some 19" Konig Heliums and have them custom drilled. Only time will tell.....
just for future reference 225/45r18's are a little better fit. if you look at the over all tire diameter the 215/45r18 pirelli's are like 25.7" in diameter while your 225/40/r18 General Exclaim's are 25.1" in diameter. while the BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2's in 225/45r18 are 25.9" in diameter. this slightly larger diameter would help correct the speedometer as well since the speedo in the cobalts are all showing around 3 MPH fast.
$660 no tax, installed, mounted, balanced.
