Hey I have 16" steel wheels from tire rack for my ss supercharged for winter and I was wondering if I would be able to fit some hhr hubcaps onto those rims and if so how do they go on is there like a big ring that goes around the outside of the hubcap or what any help will be appreciated thanks

I believe they are just bolt on hubcaps (lugs hold them on)

i drive a ls and my hubcaps are held on by plastic looking "lugs" that actually thread INTO the oem lugs. like starting from the wheel itself you have the lugs on; obviously. then you put the hubcap on and screw the hubcap bolts into the open thread on the lugs. if you didn't have hubcaps to begin with you won't have those special lugs. you should be able to pick them up for cheap at a chevy dealer though.

hope i was a help
