high performance vs ultra high performance
im looking at tires the other day and saw that the pirelli Pzero Nero M+S has a much much higher rating than the P6, which is the one that i haveright now
my question is, would the ultra high performance (pzero) give me a rougher and noisier ride? or should i stick with the P6 if i want comfort and quietness?

thanks mike. but i dont need to change my tires yet.....i was just shopping around and saw the ratings
i want something that is quiet and comfy.......and performs no worse than the P6
i think the P6 and Pzero have the same tread wear...at least for the 205/55/16 size

i had p6 and had the dealer put on pzeros ... it was free but thats another story.
the pzeros are not all season tires ... they are a little noisier and the ride is a weebit stiffer but man do they stick to the road ... i have done turns faster than i did with the p6 and slid the car.
don't get the low traction light as much too.
i drive hard though. p6 is a better all around tire i think.

I haven't noticed any more noise with my PZero's and the ride quality is fine. Definitely no complaint about grip. A world of difference between these and the base tires that I started with.
