Hotswaps yes or no? (PIC)
I don't really like them, and they are probally gonna be the next big "fad" wheel.
I don't know why either........weren't people aware of the Axis TC EVO's w/ the removeable/paintable lip. I wanted a set, and then Axis went and discontinued them!

I love how everyone says that they dont like them, but they are going to be the next "fad" that really doesnt make much sence.
the profile of the tire is stock, and if i go with lower pro. then the car will look like it needs lowered again. i like the ride the way it is. and in person the tires dont look that big.

Some might just plain not like them, some may already see the fad coming on and that is what turns them away. Personally I had considered them and the biggest turn off was them having a good chance of ending up as common or even more common than the Unknowns.
I dont want to buy aftermarket wheels then drive down the road and see a civic, eclipse, rsx, srt-4, cobalt, etc... all with the same wheels. And chances are a lot of people are going to get a set of inserts and paint them body color. I dont think they look bad done right but I value originality more. In the end, what matters most is what you think about them.

Trust me, in a few months (winter) this car will be plenty "original". my goal is not for the wheels to be what makes my car stand out. i just wanted something not stock. but not to "bling" either. these were perfect.
hum, well im around cars all day almost every day. and i had never seen them on a vehicle before. so thats why i got them. what about the criger SS's, or the torqe thrusts. those wheels are on almost every muscle car iv seen at car shows. they are still hot. I think if a wheel looks good, and you like it on your car. go for it.
