Just Bought Nitto Neo Gens
560 (114 a tire) bucks out the door at my local Discount tire.
Dirty Car I know, I have plans to go over the whole car with a cut, buff and a wax soon. I removed the supercharger emblems and GM emblems tonight, not shown here.
Here are the new duds. Picked up 225/40R18 92W Nitto NeoGen or Neo Gen, they feel very soft/sticky.

I like them so far, I drove them down the highway on a 4 hour trip out and back and they were quiet enough for me, the thing I think I really like about them is they feel a bit softer but tighter in turns. I changed springs recently too so its probably a combination of the two. But the car feels less soft more controlled on these tires and CM springs.
this website sold me on them.

I'm aware. Some summer tires I've had in the past seemed to do a little better than these though. I never expect much from summer tires in winter.
I'm on CM springs also. The combo of the nittos and the CMs seemed pretty tight in turns. One other thing was they seemed slightly harder riding over bumps. But again can't expect much from a lowered car.
I'm on General G-Max AS-03 and they are slightly less grippy ONLY slightly though and I'm hoping the trade for grip ill realize in winter traction. The reviews were great and only 440 for the set.
