Lug Nut Question

Hi Folks, this is my 1st post.

I bought a set of Cobalt SS rims (17") to put on my HHR/LS. I have 2 issues; 1) lug nuts, 2) center caps.
The rims look like this

17" rims going on my HHR

1) I'm looking at these lug nuts from Gorilla because they're conical, m12x1.5. I'd actually like factory ones but not finding them at what I think is a reasonable price. Can someone confirm these'll fit? Amazon is nice but I don't trust them completely,
Amazon Amazon

I'm also looking at these on Rockauto, https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...oice=1-106-0-4

2) Can someone guide me to a source for center caps? I'm missing 2 and the other 2 have seen better days. Don't have to be factory. Just looking for something decent to fill that hole.

Thanks much for your feedback.

ET

Crate engine depot cobalt store carries factory center caps for your wheels. I've got the J2 Engineering 12mx1.5 forged aluminum anodized lug nuts. They look great and are light weight. They have passed the testament of time. I've had them on two different cobalt sstc. The lug nuts I bought off ebay. Happy travels!

Welcome to the forum. When swapping to Cobalt SS rims, the main thing is matching the lug nut seat type, since many factory wheels use a specific taper or shouldered design. Using the wrong type can cause improper seating. For center caps, fitment usually depends on hub bore size and clip design compatibility.
