Where can I find 16" black steelies don't want to have to paint, but will if have to) 4 on 100 pattern (same width as stock also) and falken azenis to fit?

I need these rims and tires to autocross because stock tires kinda suck and rules state that if you change rims and tires, the rims have to be same size as stock and tire wear rating has to be above 140. Thanks!

Do not know. Should it be 16? But it would not be wide enough.
