Need help with Lock Nuts - Pics enclosed.

Hello fellow delta enthusiasts!

I got my new rims recently and I want to put them on, but I need some help concerning lock nuts as I dont want anyone to steal my babies! Now i got a package of lock nuts with my car from GM, but i didnt even get mags with the car lol. So now Im not sure if the lock nuts are on the wheels and the normal nuts are in the package. I dont know anything about lock nuts. Any help would be appreciated. If the stock ones do not fit, as they look much larger and uglier, then what do I need to get specifically and where would I go get them? A tuner shop? Or like Canadian Tire or GM?

Left is the tuner lugs that came with the rims, not locks.
Middle is the GM lugs that were in the package, but prob not lock nuts.
Right is the GM lock nut KEY.

Don't bother with locks, they are a waste. Thieves have ways of breaking them. Just use the tuner lugs that came with the wheels. Nice wheel choice by the way! Now you just need some black paint to paint those balancing weights with!
