Question Need some help kinda new

OK so i know im new to this form but im not new to searching or reading, so i read the sticky on the rims size and stuff. well im trading in my eclipse this weekend for a cobalt ss/sc. not that the stock rims are bad i just like the 18s on me eclipse that i bought for it better then the rims on the cobalt. These rims say they are universal. the rims are VXScythe and can be seen at

http://www.veloxperformance.com/pdut...0&mmdd=product

they were expensive, so what i want to know is will these rims work on the cobalt. there freakin awesome rims and i love how clean they are. also im the only one in nc that owns htese as far as i know. I know i will probably get flamed and told flat out know but i want to know my options..... so please any help would be awesome.

thanks

They may claim to be "universal" by being drilled for more than one lug pattern, it's likely though that the yare not drilled for a 5x110, they are probably drilled with 5x100 and 5x114.3. I would be quite supprised if they were 5x110 as there are very few cars using this pattern.

Those Scythe rims are PHAT! I don't blame you for wanting to throw those on your new SS/SC. I hope it all works out. If not keep searching, I'm still trying to find something unique for mine. Good luck!

"universal" means nothing.

However, as in the FAQ post at the top, since its a closed cap wheel (has a center cap) you could have the wheel drilled/inserted to 5-110, as I did with my open face (no center cap) wheels.
