06SS ALL DAY

i hit a pot hole in heavy rain on a road with construction. i think it should of been covered up from how hard it hit and i was doing 5 BELOW the speed limit because i couldnt see ****. i got a medium sized egg in my tire. rim is ok just from looking at it with the naked eye. now i have to buy another NEW tire after i bought them 5k ago. wtf. can i go to the township at all or anything? or is it pretty much useless and not worth the trouble. when i hit the pot-hole it was a BANG and my cd skipped and everything.

Get pics ASAP proving there is no signage, Make sure it is VERY clear-cut.
Go buy a new tire, send the bill for tire and pictures with a letter.
