replacing stock 17's

I finally got my cobalt ss, opted for a 2.4 instead of 2.0/sc for insurance reasons..but i really did not know they balts come in either 17's or 18's. if i had known i would had asked them to find me a set of 18's to put on there..but i was thinking about switching out the 17's for some black Rial Nogaros' and then throwing on eibach sportlines..but i dont want the wheels to look to small or disproportional...does anyone think they would look that way?

i also was hoping someone could inform me what wheel spec's i would need to get a deepdish look in the back possibly and a slight dish up front...i think that together with my 5%tint in the back/20%up front would look good on my black balt.

the black Rial Nogaros in 5x110 only go to 17", which is your stock size. And the 17" Nogaros will actually look SMALLER than your stock 17"s, b/c the Nogaros have a lip, whereas the stock SS wheels have longer spokes with no lip at all. If you opted for the silver Nogaros, you could go as big as 19".

I put 18" Enkei WDMs on my car thinking they'd look bigger, but in all honesty, the almost look smaller than my stock 17" SS wheels b/c of their lip. Thats why I sold my 18" Enkeis to my girlfriend for her Tibby (the WDMs are 5x110/5x114.3, 10 holes) and will be replacing them with some 19"x8" Axis Mods (black/polished lip) whenever they come in next week. In my opinion, the stock SS/SC wheels look bigger than most aftermarket 18"s, so if you wanna go 18"s, try to get yourself a set of the supercharged SS stock wheels. If you want it to look reallllly good though, then I say go 19"s. Yeah they a weigh a bit more than 18"s, but you'll def turn some heads. Check out PlaysWitCars and RemedyOne's cars. They both are rockin 19"s and they look siiiiick!

As for the deepdish setup you were talking about, the only wheel like that I know of that comes in 5x110 is the Axis Decade, which you can get in an 18" size in silver. The Axis Widetracks won't fit our SS and SS/SC models (4-lugger balts can use them though). Or of course you could just get a wider wheel in the back than the front like RemedyOne did.
