I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get my hands on some stock 18's and tires, for about 700 bucks. Or is that impossible?

No, Id rather pay alittle more for new rims

 

If you get lucky you might find someone with some fairly new wheels and tires for that much, but that is nowhere near enough for new ones.
CED has the polished 18" for $1300 for 4, new. I think the stockers are around that much too, through a GM dealer. And you'd still need tires.
You can get custom wheels for as low as maybe $150 each, and decent tires for maybe $90 each plus shipping, so you'd be around $1000.

Check the classified ads here on the forum for stock wheels and tires that guys are selling off their cars. Some are close to new.
