225/40/18's. You will probably have rubbing issues if you go to 235/40's on H&R springs. Don't even think about 225/45/18's. They are too tall and will likely rub.

225/40/18 is the sweet spot.
Stock sizes:
SS S/C = 18x7 = 215/45/18
SS T/C = 18x7.5 = 225/40/18
SS S/C can upgrade to 225/40/18 without issue
SS T/C can upgrade to 235/40/18 without issue
Your speedo will be slightly off, but the difference is negligible.

I've got BF Goodrich G-Force Super Sport A/S on stock rims.. 225/40/18.. They're awesome.. Good grip.. I can hook punching it through first most of the time.. Handle amazingly.. REALLY good in the wet.. And have a treadwear rating of 400... Super long lasting... I recommend them.
