I'm having the same trouble right now with them. I have called and left a few voicemails with my name and number. I have sent an email to their company and one on here to Zoomer. And yet to hear back.
I rented their snout tool and the bolt that is needed and missing and now i'm stuck. Would really appreciate a call back.

Unfortunately. I called last friday, no answer, no biggie, assumed they were at CED left a voicemail. I don't expect a phone call over the weekend, nobody should have to work saturdays or sundays. Called Monday, left a voicemail. Sent an email yesterday. Haven't heard anything yet. I'm not really angry because I haven't had any issues in the past with them, and I know they are a good vendor. I just need the right part lol.

What's your name and what did the voicemail say? See this is the problem with people that get on here and start complaining that we won't respond to them. You have left 2 posts in this thread with exactly 0 information that can help your situation. When this type of stuff happens, we typically find that the voicemails being left do not include a name, phone number, order number, etc... We have 25 people working here and we ship a few dozen packages every day. You can't leave a voicemail that says, "I got the wrong parts for my Cobalt, call me back." and then expect us to call you back. That simply does not work, yet it happens on a regular basis, believe it or not.
Yes, that type of stuff happens regularly. I'm not saying that happened this time, but there is usually an explanation when someone is complaining that we didn't get back to them.
Our emails go to their spam folder.
They left us the wrong phone number.
They didn't leave an area code.
They left a work number, but no name.
We call back, but don't get an answer.
They call us over the weekend and complain Monday morning before we have a chance to catch up.
They get a response by email and the connection is made between the email and voicemail, so the voicemail does not get responded to. After complaining that no one called back, they check their email and see a response.
They send the same email to 3 of us and then openly complain about how so and so didn't respond, knowing full well that the question was answered by someone else from ZZP.
I could go on. We deal with hundreds of customers every day. At this point, it's pretty much you name it, it has happened.

BTW, I wasn't going to post specifics in this thread until I talked to someone. I left two phone numbers with the invoice number. But thats neither here nor there. I'm not trying to bash or trash zzp. And its not like i'm out alot of money, I just want to get this situated. I posted in this thread hoping someone would help me get ahold of someone at zzp, and didn't feel like starting a thread over something minimal.

If someone calls and zzp is not there to answer calmly and audibly leave:
1. name and invoice #
2. complaint or inquiry
3. the fastest way to get a hold of you or a legit phone number WITH area code

1. css.net pm's are probably not the fastest way of contact (duh)
2. zzp like everyone loves weekends, and will get back to you on the next available business day.

guidelines are pretty simple, this is how it's done with any business establishment not just zzp.
Also if you claim you left plenty of contact info. you probably messed it up because why would zzp lie about not getting it? because they don't like you? because they will rip you off?
