boost reference fuel pressure system

I'm a 2.2 cobalt and I purchased ur boost reference kit when I got my Turbo kit from u guys and I took out my tank an my regulator is not serviceable and can nit be opened to take the ball and spring out so what can I do...right now I'm getting too much fuel at idle an its drowning my car with fuel until like 2000 rpm or is there another solution I'm on 60s also and 2.4 intake and tb

you have to disable the FPR, if it's in the tank then bypass it so you just return fuel to the canister.
