I recently made a purchase at ZZP, and when I received my items I noticed one of the parts was not the exact part I ordered. I e-mailed Steve @ ZZP, and he directed me to their shipping department which is ran by a guy name Henry. Henry is a great guy. He listened to my concerns, and corrected the issue right away. Within 2 days Henry sent me a pre-paid return label, ordered me a new part directly from GM, and shipped it out to me. I am far from a ZZP nut swinger.... In fact the only ZZP part on my car currently is their magnetic drain plug. I must say though, their customer service is top notch, and I will buy from them again. Enjoy your weekend guys!
