Waiting for a response..

Sent an email on Aug 3rd.. Not sure what to do next.

I'm not sure if I should send in my broken turbo and have them call me when it gets there??

FYI: this is my daily driver, once in a while I'll WOT her, but thats about it. Nothing major just trying to preserve her to 100k.. she at 60k now!! That includes a few back/forth trips to Florida from PA within the last 3 years..

6 days ago, I noticed a sound "Loose Belt", checked everything - belts, bolts, wiring harness, anything that could have been loose that would make that sound.. I put her on the floor stand and start her up and found this..

At first, I thought I was leaking oil from the pan (back of the pan was freshly coated), I seen a small amount of oil on the floor... WTF?? (my driveway is normally clean of oil)

Then once, I climbed under the car, I was like WTF happen here??

Fresh oil still dripping down from between the bearing/shaft housing and exhaust turbine housing..WTF!!

This kit was installed at ZZP last year around this time, then 7 months ago I had a minor exhaust leak on the exhaust manifold, the weld didn't hold up - which they replaced the exhaust manifold for free!!

My best guess is the bearing /gasket failed..

Just checked the return line, fitting & bolts (both on the turbo and the return on the engine).. all tight - nothing loose, even checked the v-band, the exhaust bolts on turbo on the exhaust manifold. all tight..

Is that the s252 or the s256. Those turbos do not come with any kind of warranty correct.

That car must sound nasty with the atmospheric dump

S252 - yes the warranty is for 1 year from install at ZZP, that's why i went to ZZP to get the kit installed..

Atmo dump is nuts.. friends tell me they can hear me from a mile away.. and that's in the mountains, i can imagine in the farmland plains.. that's another reason why i don't get on it, once that valve is open, my eyes are glued to the mirrors..

You only get the warranty if zzp installs. I am doing my motor build this winter, going to finish it off with the s256.

I will get myself in trouble with that atmospheric dump.

I've called and left a voice-mail with tech support with my name & contact info, and issues i had found with the turbo, Called on friday afternoon and this afternoon..

I've checked my email account almost hourly, both my inbox and junk email folders, to see if they have responded.. I emailed Customer Support, Matt & Turbo Tim..

The warranty on the turbo expired two weeks ago (7/27), so with that in mind,
