why so hard zzp?

I been trying to get a hold of zzperformance and it is really hard to get a call back or an email reply. I been trying to order the stage 3 upgrade kit for my 2006 cobalt sc but no luck. Anybody else know where I can order some parts?

Order from zzp. They have a small shop so what they do I think is check all their messages at night and then respond to you. But every time I have ordered from them, they have done a great job in shipping, fixing my order, they stopped on of my orders cause I ordered the wrong part and they caught it before the sent it out. They r the best! If u don't order from them all I can tell u is to never order from OTTP

who are you emailing? email tim@zzperformance.com or ryan.....com they are always pretty quick about responding i get replys in 2-4hrs usually and they're helpful cool dudes. not sure why you need to contact them to order something though you just go on the website.

Ditto.

Also make sure their e-mails aren't going to your spam folder. I just had my car at ZZP and it is a busy place, and yeah Tim is pretty quick with e-mail responses.
