I'll take the liberty of starting your thread so we can begin the excursion to find the missing parts. In the mean time, find someone to place blame on.

 

I was just thinking a while back its been some time since a thread like this was poped up, But ya, it seems every so often some one posts a thread like this.

Every company is going to make mistakes here and there. It happens, we are all human.

But before people start threads like this, I feel it best to try to handle it in private message, or through email/ phone call with the company you're having the problem with.

Every time my order has been messed up, all it took to get everything straightened out is a few emails. Sending pictures of what was messed up helps too.
