ZZP H/E Problem
ZZP H/E Problem
So I was attempting to install my zzp heat exchanger today and after finally getting everything bolted up and everything all back together... fire it up... now I have a leak from the left side of the heat exchanger and I'm wondering wtf I should do about it. So the car is sitting overnight right now at the auto shop while I think about this and ponder options. Going to go dick with it tomorrow morning but I honestly think I got a bum h/e. Anyone have any advice or suggestions?

Maybe the bleeder screw or whatever they use on that one isn't tightened all the way?

getting ready to go work on it now... probably just going to take it off and put it back in the box. good stuff. Hopefully ZZP will help me out with this. I tried calling yesterday but obviously no answer its the weekend
hooked everything up again today... still leaks (figured it would... leaks don't usually just fix themselves unfortunately). so off it came and back into the box it went. Calling zzp at lunch tomorrow to see what they say.
thats odd...they test all their units before shipping. probably got dinged up in transit. They'll send a new one though. Also odd...my ZZP HE didnt come with ZZP painted on the front
