Made some stock LSJ heat exchanger brackets that bolt to the crash bar so that I can mount the h/e in front of the AC condenser.

Made stock lsj h/e crash bar mount brackets out of 1/8" aluminum cut out with a cut off wheel and bent in a vise with a small sledge hammer. I have the flat pattern I would share if anyone ever wanted to duplicate this to relocate the h/e in FRONT of the AC condenser.

Front mount bracket for LSJ stock h/e. Passenger side configuration shown. Drivers side bracket will need to be formed opposite direction. May want to install rubber bushings in between brackets and h/e I'm not sure how much the front crash bar flexes but I was hoping it wouldn't be enough to cause fatigue cracks.

I never saw myself on a cruiser style bike like this but I got it very cheap because it wasn't running. After riding it I find the V-twin rumble very addicting. It's not what I would call fast but it has beaten some Harley's who's riders of course think their bikes are fast. I mean the thing will only go about 108 mph but has really good low end torque an will jump off the line pretty good.

Took two hex nuts with the same thread/size as the end of my blind bore bearing remover head and welded them together and then welded them to a piece of all thread. I used I wood 2x4 to brace against the face and a wrench driving a nut to extract the bearings. The slide hammer that came with the head was not enough to break the bearings loose.

This is the new bearing that came packed with grease. Is this all the grease it needs or should I add more after I install them?
