Blind bore bearing puller kit I used but slide hammer wouldn't budge the bearing loose.

Used this head in combo with the power screw I threw together to finally get the bearing removed

Got the bearings super cold with dry ice so that they would go in easier.

Used a rod down the center of pipe to center the bearing. Used a pipe with same OD as bearing to hammer in the bearings.

Supercharger bolted on and spacer plate with meth nozzles that barely clear installed

BARELY any clearance between nozzles and the IM. You can see I even smoothed up the intake manifold flat area for better clearance. I have the left nozzle clocked as far as I can without interference so that the line can fit in the groove instead of lining up with a rib putting it in more of a bind.

ATI overdrive super-damper installed. Man this thing was a PITA. It is press on but the keyway doesn't extend out to the end of the shaft. So only thing I could think of was to eyeball the keyway on the pulley when I started it on the hub. Used the old pulley to properly clock the oil pump. Lightly tapped on the pulley to get it started on the crank and then cut the big thick washer off of an old crank bolt so that I would have enough threads to use the bolt to pull the pulley on.

Carefully shaped and installed some radiation barrier for an "intake box". Before I had to do this while it was in the car so it was much more rough and had less clearance around the filter than this setup. This prevents the intake from sucking in hot engine bay air.

It sucks in air from the bottom where I have a deflector plate to keep water out. This has been tested in very heavy rain although I would never drive it through deep standing water.

The meth nozzles had barely any clearance with the IM. You can see in the picture I even smoothed out the surface of the IM for more clearance. I have the left nozzle clocked so it doesn't line directly up with rib on SC.

ATI OD super-damper installed. This thing was a pita. The keyway doesn't extend all the way out so I had to eyeball the alignment while simultaneously trying press on the pulley. I lightly tapped the pulley to get it started and then cut the thick washer off an old crank bolt so that it would have enough threads to pull the pulley onto the shaft. I got lucky and my keyway stayed aligned so I only had to do it once. Used old pulley to align oil pump prior to install.

Made an "air-box" for my intake to keep it from sucking up hot engine bay gasses.

This intake gets it's air from underneath. I also have a deflector on the bottom of the subframe to keep water away. It has been tested in torrential downpours and did fine although I would never drive it through deep standing water.

BARELY had any clearance for my Devils Own methanol/water injection nozzles. Even ground the flat spot of the IM smooth for better clearance. I have the left nozzle clocked so the line doesn't hit the rib on the SC putting it in a pinch.
