I finally did it! I really liked the car . Did not really get on it because of traffic but nice.It was yellow with the yellow and black interior. It had a sunroof ,but no lsd .I really want the lsd and no sunroof. Might just have to pick it up. How does everyone like theirs so far and how is it without the lsd?

Daily driving, no LSD is fine. If you want to autocross it or take it on a road course, you really need the LSD.

honestly dude when we all gathered for the tortilla flat run the guy with the lsd had more wear on his tires than ANY of us without the lsd ... could be from getting more grip to the road or something but if you know how to hold the gas in a turn you will be fine

To answer 1 question ....after 16K miles , I love mine more and more everyday . Its not perfect , but , the little things I would nit pick arent really worth even mentioning . And secondly , I dont autoX and I havent missed having the LSD playing on the street . It has been a moot issue drag racing . I bought recaro's on ebay , those IMO made the car . I personally did not like the non-G85 seats . Opinions vary GREATLY from person to person there though .

Not having the LSD has never been a problem for me.

2 weeks ago I got stuck in 3 inches of snow, took me about 15 minutes to get out. If I didn't have the LSD it may taken me much longer to get out. Plus I'm sure the LSD will be a benefit in the summer months also

Peace

limited slip differential ... has the ability to shift power to the outside wheel in a turn which can have the affect of a faster turn by reducing the spin of the inside wheel ... this can also reduce under steer

L-S-D? I don't touch that stuff. As for traction (the secret is not to give it alot of gas). I love the way my car handles and wouldnt want it even if someone where to install it for me for free.

I guess that if you never had it then you don't know what you are missing. When I go out looking for a new car or truck the LSD is one of the first options I look for. I remember about 20 years ago I took my big bad 1980 F-250 up to my wifes cabin on long lake. The dirt roads were a little flooded and both my passenger side wheels were in the swamp water and my drivers side wheels were on dry dirt.... well I wasn't going fast enough and I got stuck and had to get towed out because I didn't have the LSD axles in the truck. How do you think a dragster or a nascar driver would do with a single spin axle ???

Peace

Rite now I am driving a custom 97 altima that is turbo charged and can't keep a tranny, mounts or axels. I am thinking about just using it for show since it has to much money into it and buying the ss for joy ride fun!
