Ok, it's my room mates car, not mine (thank the Lord), but I do have to ride around in it alot, so it's in my best interest to get it clean ASAP. What's the best way to get puke out of car upholstery?

probably get a mini steam cleaner i would think.

steam cleaner, and a shampooer...

The shampooer will get all the shit soaked in...then you just vaccuum it up...so it'll basically bring it to the surface.

However, dont scrub it with a rag once its at the surface, as you'll only push it right back down again.
