I want a cobalt SS i ordered a 08 ss/tc is this gonna be worth it if they ever come out or go with one of the ss/sc? opinions?

 

What do you mean if they ever come out? They're out! I'd definitly go with the SS/TC.

 

dude there out so id get it... from what i hear it is a much better car than the sc

 

u mine as well stick it out another 6 months and wait for the 09's

 

its coming gary g already drove one down the1/4 mile at e-town 14.7 was his best time out of i think 3 runs

 

^^ Which is a **** time. A mag ran 13.9 @ 102 or something of that nature. Definitely quick.

 

yea but there is some bad things with the ss/tc.. if your lookin to mod this car the way they have this car set up anythin you add to this car will keep your power exaclty the same at 260hp.. somethin stupid chevy did.. until they release software on hpt or come up with some other solution these cars are gonna be a waste til them.. i heard hptuners is in the process already so they may just make it in time for production and when all the aftermarket parts are released for this car....

 

yea watch that video again. it looked like it was a cloudy/rainy day so the track was probably in horrible condition and he basically just got in the car and gave it a whirl for the sake of "giving it a whirl" lol

 

ehhh thats some weak 260hp.. hopefully they'll be better runs...

Honestly i think you sjhould wait til the 09s and or get a ss/sc if your looking to do a lot of mods... mines for sale

 

Honestly go with an ss/sc. You can find them super cheap and with good basic mods done to them already. There are a tonne of aftermarket stuff for them already and alot of people have alot of knowledge about them already, no waiting.
