Guys if you haven't already had the privilege of reading the thread about JBP's group buy FAILURE. Please do so, you will have a better understanding of how they do business.

I after originally not liking the sound of the header , grew a liking for it. Expressed my interest to JBP and they told me they CANNOT sell directly to consumers. They then referred me to one of their dealers. I emailed them asking to buy it. They were extremely rude, impersonal, and even said " We just don't have the time with our current projects to deal with a customer being cheapskate and just buying a single header " . OK??? Do you not want your business to grow? I then emailed JBP back informing them of the asses that I was referred to. All the sudden they CAN sell to me directly, yet they tried to charge me 578 + shipping for the header that was listed msrp on THEIR website for 318!!

All the sudden the price changed back to the group sale price. These guys are nothing but a bunch of money hungry CROOKS. Its to me a disgrace to CobaltSS.net having these guys listed as a Supporting Vendor. We need the guys like TurbotechRacing and Clear Image Auto to be here ( ya know the ones that actually care about their customers ) not scam artists like JBP.

I seriously hope they read this because this email is getting posted on EVERY forum I can find for every car they make a part for. If it were my business and one of my dealers pulled crap like this on a customer, I'd send them the header for free. Its called CUSTOMER SERVICE, apparently companies dont know what this is anymore.
