It looks good. I'm actually trying to find a set of black for my 2.2, and I have, but I don't know what tires come with it, and I don't want some shitty ones.

 

I wanna get mine blasted and powdercoated flat black.

 

Or if someone could point me to a site where they have decent to good rims with like Michelin Tires (or an equivalent) that would be helpful.

 

Decent rims + 5x110 bolt pattern = very hard to find

Yes, I would keep the lip of it the stock color. I'm going to do it. This idea isn't mine either. There is a write up of it already.

Someone used my idea of the polished/chrome brake calipers taht I talked about liek 3 months ago. It looks sweet as hell.

Oh, and my brother is making his 2.2 into a show car. He's doing the whole interior. He's getting carbon fiber door inserts, painting the door panels yellow and black, etc. I will have updates on that if he goes through with it.

 

btw guys i am the one who did this, and that is not factory paint on the lip that is the bare aluminum with clear on it
