Installed Intense 3" pulley - I have a ?

Just got the pulley on and went for a ride. It really makes a difference. It felt very similar to when I drive the srt4 the way the boost comes on.

I have a question though:

I pressed the hub on without the pulley ring. I made the hub flush but when I attached the pulley, it has a slight offset from the shaft. I put the belt on and it seems to align okay but I'm not sure what effect this will cause. Anyone else have it installed this way, or should the pulley ring face be flush with the end of the shaft?

I just read that post

I did a few runs with mine down the street and it felt great (3" pulley only), but then the neighbor wanted to kill me so I had to stop.

heres a picture for better refrence

I noticed when I started it up there was a lot of rattling. I turned the car off and found the screws that hold the pulley ring on had gotten loose. I remember reading something similar happened to zinner when he did his swap. They have to be VERY TIGHT which is something I learned

I took a drive with it and it seems to be fine with it in that position. The belt doesn't wear and it doesnt jump threads so I think I'll leave it. Otherwise I'll have to take it all apart again

Doesn't look flush in the pic.

The end of the hub should be flush with the end of the spindle/ snout.

Yeah, the hub is flush, but the pulley when its mounted sits out a little.

I just went out and looked at mine at it looks the same. I didn't look at the lip of the ring after the install.
