Anyone paint their calipers black or silver? Which looks best

I'm trying to decide on which to use. I would do silver to keep the stock look, but I'm not sure if it has the ghetto chrome paint look. Black, I guess woudn't look to bad if it was a little glossy. The only reason I am considering painting them is becuase the fronts are starting to look like crap, not becuase I want them to stand out.

I'm looking at the Duplicolor or G2 kits, has anyone tried these?

Anyways I'd like to see pics of some black or silver calipers to decide on which color to use.

i'd go with black...u dont hafta worry about the brake dust making them dirty, and also, black isn't too noticeable if it chips or fades in color. alot of my friends paint them, and i dunno why i mean it looks cool, but i think when the color fades, or chips...it looks dumb. but black wud b what i wud paint them.

I used the G2 stuff the brake dust wipes right off unlike duplicolor and it shines a lot more you get what you pay for i guess

I do like the looks of the G2 more, it almost has a glossy powdercoat look to it. Do you have any pics of yours?

i used the duplicolor kit, you paint it on with a brush(not the spray cans) works pretty good but needs minor touching up every year, usaully over winter, i think the salt and everything eats away at them.... but other than that, no complaints, i touch them up when i do a tire rotation or swaping winter tires for summers.....pretty easy, dont have to mask anything off really as you would with spray paint....I choose Red, it looks great... i did blue on my aunts car and black on a friends.... they look great too....

they also make that stuff in silver, and iirc it looks more like the factory dull silver caliper paint.

I don't know. I've seen a pic of the duplicolor silver before and it looked like chrome spraypaint.

For those that have used these colors post pics. I can't make decision unless I see what it actually looks like.
