No.

I've run up to a 90 shot on a stock motor with adjusted timing to keep it safe, a 50 shot will be fine on basically any setup with no adjustments unless you have a radical tune with heavily advanced timing already. Nitrous won't fix any problems, but it sure will make them show up if they are already there. If your setup is safe and consistent now, a little nitrous is a great way to make power.

Anything under Stage 2, I'd say a 75 shot would be the max without tuning for it. Once the car sees more boost and timing, you should run a smaller shot (50) unless you are going for a new tune.

These comments always make me lol.

While you wait for your power to spool, a nitrous car is gone. For less $/hp as well.

Nitrous is just as safe as anything else. It is only dangerous when you use it like a moron.

stage 0 pcm (mostly because of more conservative timing) , 93 gas and cooler plugs, I did a 75 shot.

stage 2, I did a 50 mostly and tried a 75 a couple times.
