I just did it at the track. The guy said he would air em up, couldnt garantee that they would hold but it he would get em to go. They went with about 80 psi. I have heard them taking 100 before. Its all because they are ment for a bike wheel and not a car wheel.
update:
I got them on!!!!! I went to another pepboys.
I was like I need a guy with ***** that can pump this up to 85-100psi (thanks cmiller) and this guy said he could after everything I told them they where bike tires. they seemed kinda pissed i never told them tell after but hey I had to do what I had to do to get them on!

Any pic of them on?
You didn't use enough either and you should have snapped the air chuck on the stem so air was running when the beads hit. I was a snap on tool dealer for a few years and saw guys do **** that you wouldn't even imagine. DANGEROUS ****. I got to a truck shop one day with the ambulance on my back bumper. A guy had layed a truck rim AGAINST THE CAGE and started airing it up. Yep! the lock ring wasn't seated, it blew and LITERALLY cut the guy in half. They didn't need the siren on the way to the hospital.
and yes it was loud! I jumped both times.
cant wait to try these out.
btw if any one is going to do this call around and make sure there is a shop that can pump 85-100psi this has been a bitch
