So I got the tune from Vince and wow. There is no explaining the night and day feel of how this car responds now. So to the real question at hand. Since I have the gear should I become a Trifecta Dealer here in Chicagoland? Is there already a dealer out here? I would love to get people this tune. This makes the car.

Does CobaltSS.net have a revolving list of Trifecta dealers in their specific areas? If so, what is the link? I just don't want to tread on someones toes. I am really not out to profit................................MUCH.

Sounds similar to the boat I was in. I wanted to have the hardware and decided, what the heck... now that I've got the hardware, how about I help tune local people. So now I do it as a hobby thing on the side.

What hardware are you guys referring to? I bought the ezflash cable but don't really know what the dealer kit consists of. I bought the cable so i could log and flash my car to stock when i wanted to .

Also, don't rely on the website, it's not up to date. I've been a dealer for a year and I'm not on there yet. Vince said updating it is on his list to do, lol.

 

Has he asked to become a dealer? Vince updated it about month ago to my knowledge and about a month before that too. Heck, several people are on there now that weren't there a year ago... including me.

If he wants to be on there, he'll need to ask Vince to be added. It's not automatic once you have a cable. You can have a cable and not be on that list, of course.

 

When I became a dealer a year ago, I sent him all my info and asked him to add me. 3 weeks ago, I resent all my info and asked to be added.

His response: "Yeah, I've been meaning to update the site, it's on my list."

As of yesterday I still wasn't there... So I can only assume that there may be others not listed as well.

 

Yeah, I agree that there may be others not listed. He seems to update the list in waves.
