I get that code every so often I thought it was from having a catless dp, also they say if you have an intake check the connection on that to the breather

Even the catted DPs throw a code on some.

Here are the conditions to set P2096:
P2096
• The post catalyst FT weighted average value is less than a calibrated value.

• The DTC sets when the above condition is met for 4 seconds continuously, or for 50 seconds cumulatively.

If you have removed the Cat you will set this code. Also a vacuum leak or an exhaust leak can cause this code to set.

Bill you're an invaluable resource.

Dougger, did this happen in a cruise condition? Can't say I'm a fan of the o2 design on the ZZP catted downpipe. I bought one, and sold it before I even put it on the car. Check for an exhaust leak though, on the turbo side of the downpipe.

You have no cats...you threw a code...and you're wondering why? FYI to everyone on this site...no angled, extended, upside down, backwards, or any other thing you do to the second O2 sensor will ensure that you do not throw a code. ANY catless downpipe can (and more than likely WILL) throw a code...be it 5 miles down the road...or 5,000 miles...it WILL happen (mine didn't show up for nearly 10k miles FYI).

I think some people need to read. He has the catted ZZP downpipe. I had the same, didn't like the design of the o2 pipe, or the location of the cat, and sold it before it went on my car.

Ahhh...my bad...regardless...your stock DP has 2 giant cats...and most people expect one "high flow" cat to perform the same way...A high flow catted DP on this car is almost just as likely to throw a code as the catless. Remember...we have a VERY sensitive second O2 sensor...I can't stress the word VERY enough there...

Thanks for everyone's advise I just wanted to make sure I didn't mess up the up o2 sensor when re-installing it. I will check for any exhaust leaks tonight.
