Comparison between MD and mpx catback/catless do combo

So right now, I'm debating on what to do for my next mod(s). Currently I have a muffler delete with the stock dp. I like the way it sounds, but it drones a little too much at highway speeds for me. Do has anyone had both a catless dp and mpx exhaust and a md on the stock dp? I wanna know how they spound in comparison.

ok well I already have a muffler delete, I was just debating on going full exhaust system.

Let me try rephrasing my question for anyone with a catless dp and mpx exhaust, hows the drone on the highway? what's it sound like compared to stock?

Do yourself a favor; Save your money on the full out catback exhaust, grab yourself a dynomax/magnaflow/borla bullet type muffler (Priced lowest to highest. The D-max is more a resonator but will still get the job done) and toss that on when you do the catless DP.

The stock piping is just fine. 99.9% of the power gained will be from the DP.

I wanna hear some sound clips of these, but I can't find any. I'm waiting for those guys in the dynomax muffler thread to put theirs on and upload some videos. If I can do it this way, I'm going to, I just haven't heard a replacement muffler that I liked the sound of. I hate the way the magnaflow sounds.

Understood.

The Dynomax muffler/Catless DP setup should sound the same as the stock muffler/catless DP, theoretically. I say theoretically because both the stock muffler and the D-max are straight through mufflers but obviously the stock muffler has a bit more volume.

Good luck man
