Coolant overflow tube

Is the coolant overflow tube supposed to flap around on top of the fuel lines?
I noticed the metal part of the coolant overflow tube rattling against a cap/release valve. I wrapped the overflow tube with 5/16" fuel hose.

I was wondering the same thing....I thought mine was missing a support bracket. But I guess that's the way they all are?

I used a long piece of 5/16" fuel hose and cut a slit down the middle. I then wrapped that overflow tube just to prevent it from dinging anything. The engine moves a lot so I'm not taking any chances.

The next thing I have to take care of is the A/C line that rubs against the charge air tube.
