piping

Your piping needs to be pushed down more thats why its rubbing. I had the same problem then i took some of the pipes out and compacted it better. Definatey go with dejon and have them weld in that flange for hks.

Last thing... My best friend from home told me that when I order the BOV most likely I am going to need the recirc it. Am i going to need to do that... and if so Do i need to order a longer line for it? He said the reason why I am going to need to do that is so when i shift i dont loose all my boost pressure.
Thanks Sam

I'm not expert but from what I understand are going to wanna recirculate the air, because venting to atmosphere makes these cars run like crap, thats just want I've heard. I duno though. Sorry I'm no help man.

You don't need to recirc it, really but apparently it ***** up our cars if you don't. I've had mine vented to atmosphere for the last 5k miles and I only have 6k on my car so yeah... My car has been fine and I have not noticed a decrease in performance or anything. I figured if you're going to recirc it why even by a blow off valve? Might as well just use the stock by pass valve since it does that same thing. If you don't want to run a recirced bov, get the Hahn block off plate. TTR sells one too but I don't know how good it is or anything. I have the Hahn black off plate, Dejon piping, HKS SSQ bov, and a Dejon SRI and my turbo is so loud and when it blows off it's crazy.

Piping

Ok to recirculate it, you put a t valve in the vacuum line. One end goes to the nipple on the stock bypass valve, located above the intake inlet on the turbo. And the other goes to the nipple of your blow off valve.

You can see on the lower left side of the picture above the oil dipstick where i put the t valve in. Hope this helps.

none of that will come with. you need to buy it all. if you recirculate the bov to the intake. it will barely be louder the the bpv. the way it looks like its ran on the ellow car looks almost atmospheric so it should be louder

Bov

Yes mine is atmospheric. The air from the turbo is being let out into the atmosphere via my blow off valve. I think the hahn is a recirculatory.

piping

This weekend I will do a write up if everyone is cool with that.

But let me give you guys a quick write up. This is a pic of an HKS BOV:

The nipple is located on the left side of this picture:

The Bov should have come with this plus zip ties:

Besides that stuff you might need some more zip ties. And then your going to need a couple feet of vacuum hose. Not sure what size, so cut a small section of it and bring it to autozone or oreillys or wherever and get more. You can see where my vacuum hose is where the split with yellow zip ties is. Other than that I dont think you will need to buy anything else.

Again if its okay with everyone this weekend i will do a write up.
