lambda question

my Lambda is 1.0 completly stock. with my catless dp i see fluctuation between .97-1.09. my AFR averages about 14.69 and fluctuates between 14.2-15.2 with catless dp on. does this seem normal? I have read some tuning threads to where lambda is .82 or .86. I understand my afr is a lil on the high side but i believe its fine. my lftf is -3.5 and my stft is about -2.3 and from what i researched, it seams to be ok. just wondering if im paranoid or if my car is running ruch. thanks for the help

Are you talking about what you see at idle or cruising speeds?

A lot of what you're reading about the .82 or .86 Lambda is WOT tuning. WOT stock should be .87 up top I think. It goes form like a .95 around 2000 rpm and the drops to .93 at 4500rpm then .88 at 5000 and finally the .87.

You should see close to 1.00 Lambda anywhere else if completely stock tune. It'll fluctuate just a little, but alwasy hang around the 1.00.

1.0 lambda = 14.7
.87 lambda = about 12.7
