Lnf oil capacity
I've found it to be slightly below 6.5 quarts for the LSJ.
Pretty much your oil fill should be as follows:
L61/LAP/LE5: 5 Quarts Conventional/Synth 5w-30
LNF: 5 Quarts Synthetic 5w30
LSJ: ~6.5 Quarts Synthetic 5w30
Of course, you can use 0w30 or 10w30 without issues.

As Iam Broke said, there's the sandwich oil to water cooler bolted to the side of the oil filter housing.
mine was 5.5 as well and the computers at Oriellys said 6qts....im sure it all depends on if u change the filter everytime and if you are draining the oil when it is hot or cold and if you like the level to be in the middle of the dip stick or near the full mark
I have heard that synthetic oil expands more than dino oil. So 5 quarts at 200+ degrees is more like 5.25-5.5
