MAP sensor waveform

Well like tittle say anyone have a waveform for a map sensor in the intake manifold? I got one today seem kinda weird to me. I will be posting a pic as soon as i can. Also anyone have a weird ticking sound coming from around the intake manifold area. There is the obvious timing chain sound i mean one that sounds like a clock ticking.

I backprobed the map sensor signal using a Pico scope and got that wave form. Reason for asking for that ticking sound is because everytime it happened that would come up on the waveform (in different spots tho freezed the waveform to take pic). The sound has always been there since i got the car.

Or ok anyone know what are the typical symptoms of a bad map sensor on a lnf? Or how to test it if its still good?

The ticking is the hpfp. If you are talking about the TMAP, two good signs of it not working are positive boost pressure readings on the gauge when revving in neutral and a loss of boost signal on the RPD.

Mine says boost not available when I get on it sometimes it just doesn't read it right away.. It comes back shortly.

What you need is just to update the sensor settings with HPT the tune can stay the same

HPTuners - HP Tuners #HPT-MPVI

You only use 2 credits one time to "unlock" the car. After that you do not pay for anything you do to that car. Obviously the tuner may charge you for his time, but it only costs $100 to unlock your car and then he always has access to it.

Ohh then he has it unlocked already only thing is i have to drive like 1hr 30 to get to him and still pay to get it done lol so i would just rather buy intercooler and pipes and the sensors then get everything done at once
